Building the world’s first utility-scale quantum computer

Advising PsiQuantum on its project to build the world’s first utility-scale quantum computer at a site near Brisbane Airport, Brisbane, Australia, in partnership with the Australian Commonwealth and Queensland Governments. The project is backed by a $940 million AUD ($620 million USD) financial package, consisting of equity, grants, and loans. HSF advised on all aspects of Australian law for this transaction

Indonesia Investment Authority on US$1.3 billion toll road deal

Advised the Indonesia Investment Authority on its investment in the Bakauheni-Terbanggi Besar and Medan-Binjai toll roads in North and South Sumatera with a total enterprise value of approximately US$1.3 billion

Long Thanh, Vietnam's newest international airport

We advised the Vietur consortium on its successful tender to build the terminal building at Long Thanh, Vietnam's newest international airport. The firm assisted the consortium, led by Turkish contractor IC İçtaş İnşaat and including Vietnam's Ricons, Newtecons,Vinaconex and Construction Corporation No.1, in negotiating and executing of the US$1.5 billion agreement with The Airports Corporation of Vietnam.

Canberra Metro 1 and 2

Advised Canberra Metro (a consortium of Pacific Partnerships, Aberdeen and John Holland) on the design, construction and financing of the Canberra Metro Light Rail Stage 2A project, as well as the simultaneous refinancing of the Canberra Metro Light Rail Stage 1 project. The new stage will extend the existing light rail network in Canberra

We advised Stonepeak, a leading alternative investment firm, on its transaction with Cellnex Telecom to acquire a 49% interest in Cellnex Sweden and Cellnex Denmark (Cellnex Nordics) for €730 million
