Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer advises Euclid Transactional in acquisition by CRC Group

On January 5, 2026, HSF Kramer client Euclid Transactional, a global managing general agent specializing in transactional risk insurance, announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by CRC Group. The acquisition is expected to close following regulatory approval.
