Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer closes $291.8 million solar securitization transaction

Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer represented the sole structuring agent and the joint bookrunners in connection with a $291,800,000 securitization of a portfolio of solar assets. The notes were rated by Kroll Bond Rating Agency, LLC.
