Angela has extensive experience of a wide variety of commercial real estate matters, acting for several of the firm's clients, principally funders and landlords, in connection with real estate acquisitions, disposals, cross-border transactions, complex leasing and management work of office, industrial and retail premises.

- Telefonica SA on the real estate aspects of its c.£10 billion sale of O2 to Hutchison Whampoa and on the monetisation of its 50% stake in its UK mobile towers JV with Vodafone.
