Ariel Liu
Ariel is an associate in our corporate team based in Mainland China.
Ariel focuses on cross‑border capital markets transactions, advising on HKEX listings and Rule 144A/Regulation S debt offerings. She regularly advises on prospectus drafting, due diligence, and regulatory engagement with the HKEX, SFC, and SEC. Ariel has experience advising both issuers and underwriters on capital markets matters, with a particular focus on technology‑oriented sectors, including medical technology and robotics.

Background
Prior to joining the firm in 2026, Ariel worked at several international law firms in Beijing. She holds an LL.M. degree from New York University and law degrees from Renmin University of China and Jilin University.
She has passed the New York State Bar Examination and is awaiting admission.
