Esteban is a corporate partner in the Madrid office with wide experience in M&A and private capital.
He advises Spanish and international private capital investors and strategic corporates on domestic and cross border corporate transactions. His practice focuses on complex and structured mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, corporate restructurings and corporate governance matters.
He has broad experience across a wide range of sectors, including agribusiness, digital infrastructure, energy, real estate, sports and entertainment, infrastructure, healthcare, financial services and consumer goods.

Background
He holds a dual degree in Law and Business administration from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (Spain) and completed an Erasmus exchange at the University of Gothenburg (Sweden). He also obtained an International LL.M. from IE Law School. He is admitted to the Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Madrid (ICAM - Madrid Bar Association).
Prior to joining the firm, he worked in the corporate practice of another international law firm in Madrid.
