Isabel advises on a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including all non-contentious aspects of landlord and tenant matters, investment acquisitions and disposals across the office retail and industrial sectors, as well as development projects.

- advising British Land and its JV Partner (a 50:50 joint venture which owns the wider Broadgate Estate) in relation to the development, letting and management of the Broadgate Estate portfolio, a landmark mixed-use office scheme in the City of London, including a wide range of asset management matters across the estate portfolio
- advising BC Partners on its redevelopment of 1 Museum Street, London, including asset management matters, rights of light releases, neighbourly matters agreements with adjoining owners, and substation leases
- advising Gatwick Airport Limited as landlord on a significant occupier transaction in connection with the relocation of a major occupier to new premises at the airport
- advising BNP Paribas Asset Management on the letting and asset management of 6 Pancras Square, London, a prominent mixed-use development at King's Cross

Background
Isabel graduated from the University of Oxford in 2019 with First Class Honours in Geography.
Isabel was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2024, following completion of her training contract at Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer in London.
