Jane is a litigator who focuses on complex commercial disputes, government investigations and enforcement actions, and bankruptcy‑related litigation.

She represents clients in all phases of litigation—from pleadings and discovery to trial and appeals.

Her work includes drafting dispositive motions and appellate briefs; managing large‑scale discovery; taking depositions; preparing clients for deposition and trial testimony; examining witnesses at trial; and representing clients in witness interviews in government investigations. She has also argued a Social Security disability benefits appeal before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Before joining the firm, Jane clerked for the Hon. Chad F. Kenney of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She previously served as a Ropes Fellow in the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, working as a special assistant attorney general in both the White Collar & Public Integrity Division and the Enterprise, Major & Cyber Crimes Division. She also practiced as a litigation and government enforcement associate in the Boston office of an international law firm.

Prior to law school, Jane was a Teach For America corps member teaching high school English Language Arts and was recognized as Tindley Trailblazer Teacher of the Year.

  • A multinational banking company and its affiliates against fraudulent transfer and related claims brought by junior lenders in connection with a large-scale construction project 

  • Holders of more than $3 billion of utility revenue bonds during public utility company’s restructuring proceedings 

  • Multiple witnesses in connection with confidential government investigations 

  • An asylee claimant and minor child, securing asylum after fully briefing the case and acting as lead counsel during substantive hearing
