Jiaqian (Jasmine) Zhang advises clients on complex corporate, financing and investment transactions. 

Jasmine provides end-to-end transactional support to public and private companies, as well as private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, financings, and other investment transactions.

Her experience includes drafting and negotiating transaction documents, including merger, stock purchase, and asset purchase agreements, equity-related documents, and a broad range of ancillary agreements. As a core member of deal teams, Jasmine manages transaction execution and coordinates closely with clients, opposing counsel, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout all stages of a transaction, helping to drive efficient and successful deal outcomes.

A native Mandarin speaker with a multicultural background that includes studying, living and working in both China and the United States, Jasmine brings a global perspective and robust corporate and transactional experience to her work on behalf of clients. Prior to joining the firm, Jasmine worked as an associate in the New York office of one of the most prominent global law firms, supporting complex deals across a diverse range of industries.
