Jordan Fisher advises companies on all aspects of employment law.
He represents employers in federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration and before administrative agencies, in a variety of employment-related matters, including wage and hour disputes; discrimination, harassment and retaliation allegations; use of artificial intelligence in employment; restrictive covenant cases; employee separations and terminations; and breach of contract and tort claims. Jordan also advises buyers, sellers, and management teams in connection with mergers and acquisitions and employment issues that arise in corporate transactions. He is the employment team lead for the firm’s AI group.
Prior to joining the firm, Jordan was a labor and employment associate with a global law firm.
