Katie specialises in providing competition, consumer and regulatory advice with a focus on assisting clients to navigate ACCC engagement through complex merger transactions and enforcement investigations.  Katie brings unique insights gained from her time working at the ACCC during the introduction of Australia’ new mandatory merger control regime, which came into effect on 1 January 2026.  Katie has advised clients across a range of sectors including FMCG, energy and gas, manufacturing and digital platforms.
