Leanne is Of Counsel in our Real Estate Finance practice in London.
Leanne is an Of Counsel in the London real estate finance team. She regularly advises financial institutions, private credit funds and other alternative lenders and investors on the structuring and financing of UK and European portfolios from ground-up developments to investment financings.
She has significant experience of pan-European financings with complex notarial and completion mechanics and enjoys working across all asset classes, including hotels, student accommodation, data centres and cold storage.
Leanne has previously been seconded to a US investment bank working alongside their real estate finance and structured finance teams.
Leanne has a particular interest in inclusion projects focusing on neurodiversity and social mobility (including solicitor apprenticeships) and is mental health first aid trained.

Background
Leanne studied Modern and Medieval Languages at the University of Cambridge before pursuing graduate studies in law, culminating in an LLM in Banking and Finance Law. She has a broad finance background built up through working in London and Frankfurt.
