- a leading real estate developer and operator in litigation proceedings, one of which is a parallel proceeding with an ICC arbitration case, in relation to multiple complex contractual disputes revolving around the construction of an ultra-luxury mixed-use property. The total amount of the dispute value is approximately THB 30 billion
- an international marketing company in a labour dispute brought on by its employees arising out of termination as a result of the company's restructuring process
- a manufacturing and distribution company and an advertising agency on in-dept review of over 15 contracts in English and Thai encompassing construction, manufacturing, exclusivity, presenter, agency agreements, ensuring thorough legal compliance and risk mitigation*
- a logistic company on comprehensive legal and regulatory research to issue legal feasibility reports pertaining to the transportation industry*
