Susannah is driving the firm’s adoption of AI, focusing on seizing the opportunities presented by AI and strengthening the firm, and the service we deliver to clients, for a future shaped by accelerated innovation.
Susannah is spearheading the adoption of artificial intelligence and driving business model transformation that is redefining legal services. For over a decade at HSF Kramer, Susannah has been at the forefront of advising clients on AI and emerging technology for more than a decade, previously leading the Emerging Technology Group in APAC and serving as global co-head of the Digital Law Group.
She has extensive expertise in major projects (including automation and renewable energy) and a keen focus on digital transformation of law.
Susannah is a member of the Digital Commerce Committee of the Law Council of Australia (Business Law Section) and holds several industry and advisory positions at the intersection of law, responsible AI, and technology.

Susannah has a Masters of Laws and Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Commerce/Arts from University of Sydney. She is admitted to Supreme Court of Queensland. She is fluent in French.
She has completed a course on Smart Legal Contract Development and Blockchain at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
