Looking into the crystal ball for 2025 - with a Federal election pending – we’re not expecting any major legislative changes. However, the impact of Labor’s first term reforms will continue to be felt, and a heightened regulatory environment will persist.

And whilst we do not anticipate the same level of backlash against “DEI” in Australia as that which is currently playing out in the US, there is no denying that this movement has already, and will continue to, influence the position of some global businesses operating in Australia.
