Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer's corporate team advised the selling shareholders in relation to their $766 million secondary equity offering of LATAM Airlines American Depositary Shares (ADSs).
The team also advised certain shareholders of LATAM Airlines on their $370 million public offering to sell ten million ADSs in June 2025 and certain shareholders of LATAM Airlines in their $456 million public offering to sell 19 million ADSs in LATAM Airlines’ July 2024 Re-IPO, the latter of which also involved bankruptcy partner Rachael Ringer.
