Alex is a Partner in the London corporate real estate team.
He advises private equity funds, institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, REITs, managers, and developers/operators on a broad range of corporate real estate and private equity real estate transactions. This work includes UK and cross-border corporate real estate M&A, real estate joint ventures and funds, establishing investment and operational real estate platforms, management co-investments, forward funds and corporate reorganisations. His experience is across various real estate sectors, including office, hotels, logistics, PBSA, BTR, retail and life sciences.
Alex has been recognised in Legal 500 UK (Commercial Property: Investment) for his "prowess in private equity transactions".

- Brookfield on its separate disposals of One and Two London Wall Place, for an aggregate value in excess of £750 million
- Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) on several UK development joint ventures including Paradise Circus Birmingham, Wellington Place Leeds, The Nova Estate London and Milton Park Oxford
- City Developments Limited (CDL) on the £280 million acquisition of the 706-key London hotel Holiday Inn, Kensington
- Goldman Sachs on its acquisitions and disposals of a PRS portfolio including over 1,000 homes
- Greycoat Real Estate and its joint venture partner on an office joint venture platform and management arrangements, together with associated acquisitions including 90 High Holborn, 55 Strand and 120 Aldersgate
- KKR & Co. Inc. on its joint venture with the Relentless Group (the development company of Gary Neville) in respect of the development of St Michael's mixed use development in Manchester
- Logicor on the €350 million sale of a pan-European logistics portfolio (comprising 13 assets located across Poland, Germany, Netherlands, France and the UK)
- Oxford Properties and British Land on the sale of the Leadenhall Building (the Cheesegrater) to CC Land for £1.15 billion
