Dakota advises clients in civil and regulatory disputes arising from allegedly defective or unsafe products, and has experience defending high-profile consumer class actions.
Dakota has experience with advising on a range of insurance coverage issues including in relation to a number of large-scale insurance coverage disputes and complex wordings issues.
Dakota also has in-house experience, on the insurer side, which includes exposure to regulatory issues and strategy, including those relating to financial crime and sanctions and also underwriting/claims related legal problems.
