David Beck

Across his 25-year career, David has experience of criminal and corporate investigation, regulatory enquiry and litigation across UK law enforcement, Big 4 audit and international Consulting firms based both in the UK and the Middle East but working on matters across the US, Europe, Middle East and the Far East.  David has a broad background in Forensic Technology, in particular Digital Forensics, eDiscovery process management and review management support but has also lead teams in projects encompassing data analytics and cyber breach response.  He has a vast experience of cross-jurisdictional matters and builds strong global teams that work collaboratively to support clients through some of their most challenging times.

One of David's key skills includes the scoping of client data sources and data mapping including data system history, migrations and archiving and retrieval capabilities.  This has allowed David to develop an understanding of some of the challenges clients have with managing their data in preparedness for litigation and regulatory response and supporting clients with streamlining process for multiple matter management.  In particular, whilst leading the UK Digital Forensics practice of a Big 4 audit firm, led several projects advising clients on data aspects of their internal investigation and regulatory response framework.
