Ha-lim is an Associate in our dispute resolution team, based in our London office.
Ha-lim has experience in administrative and public law. He has provided assistance to clients on matters related to judicial review proceedings, inquiries, regulatory investigations, as well as human rights and freedom of information issues. He has also spent time on secondment at a Human Rights NGO, where he offered advice on human rights, EU law issues, and social security.

- a recruitment agency on the implementation of the GDPR in the UK and across Europe
- The AIRE Centre in various interventions including in the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal in cases involving the application of EU and ECHR law on a pro bono basis
Background
Ha-lim graduated from Brunel University London with an undergraduate degree in Law before completing the LPC at BPP University.
Ha-lim trained at the firm and qualified into our disputes practice in 2024.
