Joseph E. D’Arco works on corporate matters, particularly mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and other corporate and investment transactions, on behalf of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies.

Joseph’s work includes drafting and negotiating transactional and related documents, conducting due diligence, facilitating closings, and attending to post-closing deal requirements. He also assists clients with general corporate and governance issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Joseph worked in the mergers and acquisitions and securities practices of a New York City-based firm serving the financial services and corporate sectors. While in law school, he interned with the New York State Office of the Attorney General, in the bankruptcy team of the Litigation Division and with the New York City Department of Social Services’ Office of Disciplinary Affairs.
