Krishna is a corporate lawyer, specialising in investment funds and asset management.
Krishna advises clients on structuring, forming, operating and investing in a wide range of investment funds. These include onshore and offshore funds, listed and private funds, authorised funds (e.g. UCITS, LTAFs and QIS) as well as unregulated funds. His practice covers all asset classes, with a particular focus on private capital strategies. He advises asset managers and institutional investors on segregated mandates and funds of one.
Krishna also advises asset managers on the key regulatory aspects of asset management, with a particular focus on the intersection of asset management with real estate, pensions, insurance and other specialist areas.
Krishna has participated in a range of industry wide initiatives with organisations like the Investment Association including around the LTAFs and the ongoing UK Pension Reforms. He has also led firm-wide initiatives like our recent Reshaping the UK Investment System series.
