Vincent Denoyelle
Vincent specialises in internet and information technology law.
He has extensive experience in the digital sector, including IT contracts, data protection, AI, regulatory compliance (DORA, NIS 2, CRA, AI act, Data act, etc.), e-commerce, domain names, cybersecurity, data centres and Tech M&A.
He advises companies in various industries, with a particular focus on cloud service providers and new technologies applied to financial services.
Vincent is a lecturer in Internet law and SaaS contract law at the University of Paris Panthéon-Assas and AI law at the ESCP business school.
He is a member of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and AFNIC.
Vincent worked in-house for several years including as a secondee for a leading US cloud service provider and CA-CIB.
