Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer South Africa LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales with registered number OC402561, provides general legal services that are not reserved to attorneys in South Africa. It is registered with CIPC as an external company with registration number 2015/429700/10. We use the word partner of Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer South Africa LLP to refer to a member of Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer South Africa LLP, or an employee or consultant with equivalent standing and qualifications.

Its registered office is at 4th Floor, Rosebank Towers, 15 Biermann Avenue, Rosebank, Johannesburg 2196. Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer South Africa Attorneys Inc is regulated by the Legal Practice Council.
