Celine is a corporate lawyer specialising in private equity and venture capital.
Celine advises clients on a wide range of corporate transactions including private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and capital raises. Celine has also undertaken a six month secondment to HSF Kramer’s Singapore office where she advised a number of private capital investors and strategic corporates on cross-border transactions.

Celine holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Media from Macquarie University.
Celine is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
