- Blackstone Group on various acquisitions and disposals of commercial and industrial real estate assets via various structures, including joint venture arrangements and unit sale agreements across Australia*
- Brookfield on various direct and indirect acquisitions and disposals of various commercial assets in NSW and WA*
- Cabot on the acquisition of a multilevel logistics property in NSW*
- Centuria on various direct and indirect acquisitions and triple-net leasebacks of major hydroponics glasshouse assets in VIC, SA and NSW *

Background
Claudia graduated from University of Technology Sydney in 2019 with a BBus / LLB (with Honours) and is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and holds a NSW legal practising certificate.
