Jen Ru is a senior associate in the firm's Projects, Energy and Infrastructure practice with a focus on energy transactions.
Jen Ru has experience in advising clients on cross-border acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and project development transactions, particularly in the energy and infrastructure sector. She has worked on a number of transactions in the upstream and downstream oil and gas, power, and renewables sector in Southeast Asia.
She has previously spent a year on secondment to a major Japanese trading corporation in Tokyo.
