Kim advises on all aspects of UK and EU competition law, including strategic consideration across jurisdictions. Kim has particular expertise in competition investigations and litigation before the CMA and European Commission, and in front of the English Courts and EU courts in Luxembourg. Kim is a qualified solicitor-advocate and appears as an advocate before the Competition Appeal Tribunal.
