Meghan Sullivan works on litigation matters, including complex commercial disputes and white collar defense and investigations.
Meghan is involved in all phases of litigation, from conducting legal research and factual investigations in support of pre-trial motions, to drafting mediation statements, memoranda, and briefs. Meghan was a member of the trial team for a high-profile securities fraud criminal case in the Southern District of New York, assisting in developing documentary evidence for use in cross-examining government witnesses.
Meghan clerked for the Honorable Omar A. Williams in the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut. While in law school, she served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Joan Azrack in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She previously worked as a law clerk and summer associate at the firm.
