Thomas is a member of the Luxembourg funds practice.

Thomas is a member of the funds practice. He advises clients on general investment fund and regulatory matters in relation to Luxembourg regulated and unregulated investment vehicles, both within a domestic and cross-border context. 

His practice includes assisting with the structuring, establishment and ongoing operation of investment funds, as well as advising on regulatory compliance and governance matters throughout the fund lifecycle.
Thomas joined the firm in 2025 after having worked in a global law firm in Luxembourg.

Background

Bachelor's degree in law from the University of Liège (Belgium), 2020.
Master in Economic and Social law with a focus in Business law from the University of Liège (Belgium), 2022.
He is admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (2024) and is fluent in French, English and Luxembourgish.
