Bankruptcy and Restructuring partner Adam C. Rogoff will take part in a panel discussion titled “Navigating Retail Restructuring During the Pandemic.” The panel is hosted by Turnaround Management Association’s New York City chapter, and is being held on Oct. 7, 2020. The panelists will discuss how retail cases are entering bankruptcy since the start of the pandemic (whether liquidations, reorganizations or going concern sales) and how these approaches are affecting creditor recoveries, including issues arising with respect to plan feasibility, administrative insolvency, and valuation, as well as lease-related litigation.
