Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer advises Norlake Hospitality on the sale of another Hoxton hotel in London

Leading global law firm Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer has advised Norlake Hospitality on the sale of the 192-key Hoxton Southwark to Yellow Tree.

Norlake Hospitality is a real estate developer with hotels in the UK, Europe and the US. Based in Gibraltar, Yellow Tree is a real estate investment fund dedicated to the ownership, development and management of commercial and residential real estate assets.

The Hoxton Southwark hotel, located by the River Thames, will continue to be managed by global hospitality company Ennismore.

The Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer team was led by corporate/M&A partners Alan Montgomery and Siddhartha Shukla together with real estate partner Jeremy Walden.
