Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer advises City Developments Limited and its subsidiary on the acquisition of a major London hotel

Leading global law firm Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer has advised City Developments Limited (CDL), and its subsidiary, Copthorne Hotel Holdings Limited, on the acquisition of the 706-key Holiday Inn London - Kensington High Street.

The Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer team was led by Real Estate partner Jeremy Walden and senior associates Alex Wright and Laura Kendrick.
