Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer closes $300 million travel + leisure timeshare securitization transaction

Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer represented structuring agent, settlement agent and initial purchasers in connection with a $300,000,000 capital markets securitization of timeshare loans. The transaction closed on July 20, 2026.

The HSF Kramer team consisted of partner Jamie Kocis and associate Julia Mogus from the securitization group; Avi Reshtick and Daniel Weiss from the tax group; Avram Cahn from the employee benefits group; Michael Poulton and Kieran Choong from the London office; and Camille Rivet from the Paris office.
