In this blog post, we round-up forthcoming developments in the UK and at EU and International levels in financial services regulation which are expected for April 2021.

6 Apr	Deadline for responses to FCA Consultation Paper (CP 21/6) on its proposals to regulate bidding for emissions allowances under the UK Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS) C19 measure: HMT’s Recovery Loan Scheme launches Amendments to the Money Laundering Regulations (MLR) relating to beneficial ownership information for taxable relevant trusts come into effect
