This year marks the 10th anniversary of the Insurance Act 2015 (the Act) which was the most fundamental change to UK insurance law in over a 100 years. The Act aimed to address the imbalance between the rights of the insurer versus the insured.
To mark the anniversary, Airmic have launched a survey to understand from policyholders what impact the Act has had in both the placement of insurance policies and the handling of claims. We will be working jointly with Airmic to gather and review the insights on what effect the Act has had a decade on.
If you are a risk manager, buyer of commercial insurance or you have responsibility for insurance within your organisation, please complete the survey which can be found here.
We are keen to hear from you!
