- an international tech firm on the prosecution of its French trademarks and with all IP-related pre-contentious and litigation matters arising in France (e.g. providing risk assessment on trademark and copyright, filing trademark oppositions, cancellation actions and trademark infringement actions)
- a leading oil and gas company on the filing of international trademarks designating 40+ territories (conducting clearance search and risk analysis, drafting of trademark descriptions, filing of trademark applications and monitoring local trademark agents)

Background
Laure is a member of the Paris and New York bars. Before joining Herbert Smith Freehills as an associate in 2016, she graduated from Sorbonne Universités – Panthéon-Assas' MBA/ Master in Business Law and Management, obtained her LL.M. degree in Intellectual property with Honors from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law and worked as an in-house lawyer in a fashion company in New York City.
