  • acting for a major bank in relation to appeals from two shareholder class actions brought in the aftermath of AUSTRAC penalty proceedings.
  • acting for a large Australian wealth creation company in proceedings brought against its insurers for their failure to indemnify the company in relation to multiple insurance claims.
  • acting for a casino in a shareholder class action concerning alleged contraventions of the continuous disclosure regime and misleading and deceptive conduct.
  • representing individuals in preparing for compulsory examinations and documentary productions in connection with investigations commenced by ASIC concerning the alleged contraventions of the Corporations Act and ASIC Act.

Background

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts (First Class Honours) from the University of Sydney. She is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
