Tuna Kutsal

Tuna is the Head of Legal Operations Advisory in our Digital Legal Delivery practice, leading a team that partners with clients to optimise the efficiency and operational effectiveness of their legal functions.

Tuna advises clients on strategy and roadmap development, operating model design, process and workflow optimisation, technology and AI-enabled transformation and team capability building. She also often forms part of multidisciplinary HSF Kramer teams to help clients operationalise legal and regulatory advice and change within their organisations. Tuna strives to be a true operational business partner to her clients, delivering against their current needs whilst also identifying opportunities to help them achieve their longer-term ambitions.

Formerly an in-house lawyer, Tuna is a recognised leader in legal operations and legal technology, with more than 11 years of experience delivering change and transformation programmes across organisations of varying sizes, sectors, maturities and jurisdictions (having worked in both Australia and the UK). Tuna is ranked Band 1 in Chambers' Legal Transformation Consulting (Global) and Alternative Legal Service Providers (APAC) NewLaw rankings and is a Prosci certified Change Practitioner.
