The ALRC’s final report setting out its recommendations on ‘Integrity, Fairness and Efficiency—An Inquiry into Class Action Proceedings and Third-Party Litigation Funders’ was released on 24 January 2019.

It is one of the most important developments in Australian class action law over the last 25 years. A copy of the report can be accessed from the ALRC’s website.
