Environmental chair Andrew Otis, special counsel Toni L. Finger and associate Lauren T. Katz co-authored a Real Estate Finance Journal article titled “New Rules Under New York City Local Law 97 Provide Building Owners a Small Break,” which was published in the Winter 2023 Issue. The article examines the challenges, expected results and associated costs of implementing Local Law 97, aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions from the New York City real estate.
