Join us for this panel session on "From bottlenecks to breakthroughs: Driving efficiency in arbitration" hosted by Herbert Smith Freehills and Indian Women in International Arbitration, an organisation that aims to promote and empower Indian women in the field of international arbitration.  This insightful discussion will be followed by an opportunity to continue the conversation at a networking reception. 

The panel discuss the recommendations from a recent GAR-LCIA report on ways to make arbitration more efficient, and a better experience for clients.  The panellists will discuss the findings in the report and share their own experiences on how the arbitral process can be made more efficient.
