On Sept. 27, 2024, Kramer Levin obtained a patent infringement verdict on behalf of Acceleration Bay LLC, a technology incubator, against Amazon Web Services Inc. In finding infringement on two patents, the jury awarded $30.5 million and also found the infringement was willful. The trial was held in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
