Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer supports Living Wage Foundation report marking 25 years of impact

Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer is proud to have been the lead sponsor of the Living Wage Foundation’s new report marking 25 years of the Living Wage movement.

The report celebrates the campaign’s impact over the past 25 years, including delivering more than £4.1 billion in additional pay to low-paid workers and helping establish fair pay as a benchmark for good work across the UK. The report highlights both the achievements of the Living Wage movement and the ongoing need to address low pay, insecure work, and retirement poverty.

An early adopter of the real Living Wage, the firm became an accredited Living Wage Employer in 2012 and was among the first organisations to achieve Living Pension accreditation in 2023.
