Amina is a member of the Luxembourg private capital, corporate and M&A team.
She advises on a wide range of corporate matters, including M&A, private equity, joint-ventures, group restructurings and corporate governance, both within a domestic and cross-border context.
Her multidisciplinary legal background is rooted in an international academic path, combining a dual bachelor’s degree in French and Anglo-American law with a DJCE, a selective Master program in business law in France, enabling her to address complex cross-border issues with agility.
Her professional experience in international law firms in France and Luxembourg, as well as within an asset management company, has further sharpened her ability to deliver strategic, business-oriented legal advice tailored to clients' needs.

Background
She holds a dual bachelor’s degree in French and Anglo-American law, a Master 2 in Business Law, as well as a DJCE (Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise) from the University of Rennes. Also, she holds a university degree in German language.
She is admitted to the Luxembourg Bar and joined the firm in 2025 after having worked in a global law firm in Luxembourg and gaining experience through numerous internships, including one at a magic circle law firm.
