Álvaro is an senior associate in the Energy and Infrastructure practice in the Madrid office.
He advises funds, energy and infrastructure companies and industrial companies on sector-related transactions, including domestic and foreign mergers and acquisitions. He provides advice on an ongoing basis on the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, especially in the renewable energy sector, throughout all phases of project development.

Álvaro has a degree in Law with a diploma in Economic Law (IESE Business School) by the University of Navarra. He also holds a double LLM in Tax Law from University of Navarra. In addition to Spanish as her native language, Álvaro is fluent in English.
