Daragh acts for a breadth of clients across an array of non-contentious real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposal and asset management of property portfolios. Daragh predominantly works for institutional investors.
Daragh drives for innovation and digitalisation, focusing on utilising technology to create process efficiencies across the UK real estate practice group. Daragh is heavily involved in the REFS group, working alongside London real estate colleagues, to raise awareness of existing technology and to implement and trial new technology products.
