India is a senior associate in the Competition, Regulation and Trade group.
India specialises in competition litigation. She has experience advising clients on both claimant-side and defendant-side instructions with a focus on complex and high-value cases across a range of sectors including telecoms, transport, payments, construction and sport.
India’s practice involves advising clients in relation to competition class actions, follow-on damages claims, third party disclosure applications, market studies as well as competition arbitrations. She has extensive experience in the Competition Appeal Tribunal in particular, as well as the Court of Appeal, the High Court and arbitral tribunals.
