Katerina is a member of the Finance & Restructuring practice.
She focuses on financial regulation, advising financial institutions on the full spectrum of regulatory matters. She has experience in finance and capital markets transactions, focusing on structured finance, securitisations, and debt capital markets transactions.
Katerina previously worked in the banking, finance and capital markets department of a leading law firm in Greece and at an international law firm in Luxembourg.
She is admitted to the Athens Bar and the Luxembourg Bar (Liste IV).
