Lachlan is a commercial litigator with experience advising corporate clients in complex commercial disputes across a variety of sectors. He has a focus on tax disputes.

Lachlan’s recent matters include a large scale dispute involving the ATO, as well as regulatory investigations involving ASIC. He also has experience in general commercial litigation, including in relation to property and shareholder disputes. He has experience in a range of courts and tribunals in both New South Wales and Western Australia.
